Shipping Policy | Domestic & International Postage Info

Orders usually dispatch within 1 to 3 working days. Delivery times depend on the shipping option you choose at checkout.

UK shipping

  • Standard: 2-3 working days after dispatch.
  • Express: 1 to 2 working days after dispatch. Select the “Express” option at checkout for price.

International shipping

  • Worldwide: typically 10 to 21 working days after dispatch.
  • US tariffs included in postage costs. No nasty surprises.

Tracking and delivery confirmation

  • We include tracking for tracked services only. If you chose tracked shipping at checkout you will receive a tracking link by email.
  • If you chose untracked shipping no tracking is available.

Shipping costs and taxes

  • Shipping costs appear at checkout before you pay.
  • For some international shipments we prepay customs and import taxes where possible so customers do not face extra fees on delivery. See the FAQ on import taxes on our FAQ page.

Lost or delayed parcels

  • If your parcel is delayed please contact us on the contact us page or alternatively through instagram. We will investigate and work with the carrier. If a parcel is confirmed lost we will offer a replacement or refund depending on circumstances.
