Do items come as a set?
All Spoonvoodoo products are sold individually unless the product description clearly states otherwise. Earrings come in pairs Ear Stretchers come individually for example.
Where is my order?
UK orders usually arrive within 3-5 working days after dispatch. International orders normally take 2–3 weeks, depending on the destination and shipping service chosen. If it’s been longer, please get in touch via our contact page or Instagram.
Do the items glow in the dark?
No. Our pieces are UV-reactive which means that they fluoresce under UV blacklight but they do not glow-in-the-dark.
What size are the items?
Dimensions are listed in each product description. If you need more detail, feel free to reach out before ordering.
- Our Mini Spoon Necklace Pendants vary from 6-8cm long.
- Adjustable Cotton Necklaces are 47-65cm in length (Let us know if you have a preference).
- Silver Snake Chain Necklaces are 55cm in length.
- Stash Box Earplug Containers are 55mm Tall, 21mm diameter, with a volume of ~15ml.

Can I cancel my order?
You can cancel your order if it hasn’t been dispatched yet. Once shipped, cancellations are no longer possible. If you want to return an item for any reason, you must inform us within 14 days of receiving your goods. We will then confirm the return, then you have another 14 days to return the goods and a refund or replacement will be processed once they are received by us.
Do you accept returns or refunds?
Returns and refunds are only offered in specific cases:
- If we send the wrong item
- If your order arrives damaged or faulty* (please let us know within 48hrs of delivery)
- If your parcel is returned to us undelivered
In most cases, we’ll offer a replacement first. Refunds may require you to return the item depending on its value.
*Please do not try to repair the item yourself, contact us first.
Do you offer express delivery?
Yes. Express shipping is available at checkout for domestic orders.
In some cases we offer expedited international shipping depending on the country, please fill out your delivery details at the checkout for international shipping options.
Do I need to pay tariffs or customs duty?
UK: No. All UK bound domestic parcels incur no extra fees
USA: All US tariffs are worked into the postage price and paid for ahead of time, so there are no surprise fees when your parcel arrives.
Everywhere Else: In most cases, low value parcels incur no extra import tax. Large value bulk orders may be subject to fees depending on the country but in either case, it is the buyers responsibility to research these potential charges before making a purchase .
Do you provide a tracking number?
Tracking is only available if you select a tracked shipping option at checkout, this tracking number should be sent with your order confirmation email.
Untracked shipping does not include tracking.
What happens if my order doesn’t arrive?
Most delays are due to the courier (we typically use Royal Mail), so it’s best to wait around 3–5 working days past the expected delivery date if your parcel hasn’t arrived on time.
If your parcel doesn’t arrive within that time frame, please contact us and we’ll investigate with the courier.
If it’s confirmed lost, or enough time has elapsed, we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
Do you ship worldwide?
Yes. We ship to most countries including the UK, EU, US, Canada, Australia, New Zealand, Germany, France, Switzerland, Spain, and more.
Are the spoons safe for food use?
No. Spoonvoodoo spoons and accessories are decorative only and not intended for food applications.
Can I request a custom design?
Custom requests are charged at a premium and are sometimes possible depending on workload. Send us a message via the contact page or instagram and we’ll let you know.
What materials are used?
Most items are made from primarily UV and/or non UV mouldable plastics that cure to a tough, slightly flexible form.
We use a range of other complimentary materials from silver and aluminium to cotton and vinyl.

How should I care for my Spoonvoodoo products?
Our products are water-resistant; however, to maintain their quality, avoid soaking them, exposing them to harsh chemicals, or leaving them in direct sunlight for extended periods
