Spoonvoodoo Affiliate Program Terms & Conditions

Please read the Spoonvoodoo Affiliate Program terms & conditions carefully. By applying and participating, you agree to the following terms:

1. Enrollment & Eligibility

  • Participation is subject to manual approval by Spoonvoodoo.
  • We reserve the right to decline applications that do not align with our brand values or operating countries.
  • Affiliates must be over 18 and able to receive payments via bank transfer unless otherwise agreed.

2. Commission Structure

  • Affiliates earn 10% commission on the net order value (excluding shipping and taxes).
  • Sales are tracked through unique coupon codes assigned to each affiliate.
  • Coupons may optionally provide customers with a 10% discount on orders over £30 ($40.68 as of sep 2025).
  • Commissions are credited when the coupon is successfully used at checkout.

3. Payments

  • Commissions are calculated monthly.
  • A minimum of £40 accrued is required before payout.
  • Payments are issued by bank transfer within 14 days of month-end unless otherwise agreed.
  • If an affiliate has not reached the £40 threshold, earnings will roll over to the next period.

4. Termination & Withdrawal

  • Spoonvoodoo reserves the right to end any affiliate partnership at any time, for any reason.
  • If we end the partnership, we will pay out all outstanding accrued commissions and deactivate codes within 4 working days.
  • Affiliates may withdraw at any time. If the all-time earnings is above £40, we will pay any remaining balance in full. If below £40, Spoonvoodoo reserves the right to withhold the amount.

5. Affiliate Guidelines

  • Affiliates may promote Spoonvoodoo across websites, blogs, and social media.
  • Affiliates may not:
    • Run paid ads using Spoonvoodoo brand keywords.
    • Promote products in conjunction with any illegal activity or practices.
    • Promote products as “food safe” – this includes displaying products being used in conjunction with any food or drink.
    • Promote us in any way that could bring the brand into disrepute.
  • Affiliates must comply with advertising laws, including ASA (UK) and FTC (US) requirements: all promotions must disclose the affiliate relationship clearly (e.g., “affiliate link,” “#ad”).

6. Brand Use

  • Approved affiliates may request to use logos, images, and links to promote Spoonvoodoo.
  • Additional brand assets are available upon request.
  • Affiliates may not edit or misrepresent Spoonvoodoo’s brand, products, or claims.

7. Liability

  • Spoonvoodoo is not responsible for affiliate earnings lost due to coupon misuse, tracking errors, or system downtime.
  • Affiliates are independent promoters and are not employees, partners, or representatives of Spoonvoodoo.

8. Changes to the Program

  • Spoonvoodoo reserves the right to update or change these terms, commission rates, or program structure. Affiliates will be notified by email of any significant changes.
